User List


Purpose

  • This report gives users the ability to export their curent User List with active and inactive users.


How to Access

  1. On the navigation bar, click the Reports Tab

  2. Under the Audit Reports section, locate the tab called User List and click the tab

  3. Once the report is displayed, below the following information should be displayed:
    • Columns Displayed:
      • Active

      • User Roles

      • Display Name

      • User Name

      • Email

      • Last Login Date

      • Last Login IP Address


How to Audit

  1. On the navigation bar, click the Reports Tab

  2. Under the Audit Reports section, locate the tab called User List and click the tab

  3. Export the Report to Excel using the export button located under the Actions button

  4. Verify the columns on the export match the columns in the system

  5. In a new tab on the system, click the Manage tab on the Navigation Bar and select Users Tab from the Manage section.

  6. Compare the data displayed in the User tab is reflected on the Report for at least three (3) Users.


Things to Know

  1. Under the Actions button, the user has the ability to export the report to excel

  2. Users can see the amount of Active Users vs Inactive Users
