Impersonate User
Purpose
To allow IMS Admin Staff to test issues reported by the client, using the client’s current profile setup.
How the Feature Works
Once you are logged in click your username in the top right-hand corner.
From the drop-down select the Impersonate User button.
When the pop-up box is displayed, click the drop-down meun and select the user.
Then click the continue button.
Only the tabs the user can access should now be displayed and your permissions should reflect their permissions.
After testing, click the Stop Impersonating “username” button displayed under the navigation bar or click your username in the top right-hand corner and select the Stop Impersonation button.
Things to Know
The feature is only available in the Client’s Test Sites.
Only user’s with both Admin and IMS Staff permissions would be able to access this feature.
