Stock Count Log Report


Date Release : March 26 , 2024

Purpose

  • This allows Managers to view counts entered and changes made by various users, while entering Stock Counts.

How to Enable the Feature

  1. Click on your Username in the top right-hand corner

  2. Select the Admin Settings button from the drop-down menu

  3. On the Admin Navigation Bar select Configs

  4. Scroll to the Reports section and search for the Stock Count Log button.

  5. If “No” is displayed on the button, click it and change it to “Yes”

  6. Click the Update Button to save

  7. Click the Close Admin Panel button to exit the Admin Panel


How to Access Report

  1. On the navigation bar, click the Reports Tab

  2. Under the Audit Reports section, locate the tab called Stock Count Log and click the tab

  3. Once the report is displayed, below the following information should be displayed

  • Filter Section: Filter by:
    • Sku/Description

    • Start/End Date

    • Locations

  • Columns Displayed:
    • Date Created

    • User

    • Sku

    • Description

    • UOM

    • Stock

    • Location

    • Previous Quantity

    • Quantity


How to Audit - During Stock Count

  1. On the navigation bar, click the Reports Tab

  2. Under the Reports section, locate the tab called Stock Count Log and click the tab

  3. Managers can then monitor the counts as they are being entered. The Report can be refreshed periodically to view new counts that have been entered.


How to Audit - After Stock Count

  1. On the navigation bar, click the Reports Tab

  2. Under the Reports section, locate the tab called Stock Count Log and click the tab

  3. Enter Sku/Description, select a date range and Location/CostCenter and filter search.

  4. Managers can then verify final stock quantities entered.

  5. To view the corresponding stock sheet, click on link displayed in the Stock column, highlighted green.


Things To Know

  1. The data displayed on the report is based on the filters selected.

  2. The Report is sorted by the time and date quantities were entered.(Date created column)

  3. This feature is only applicable via Stock Count V2 and the IMS-OS Mobile App.
